Great article tim. I just wanted to reassure you that the reef is still pretty amazing. I go out there on a weekly basis. Although yes there is some damage, like you say mainly to the stag horn corals and table corals. Its not destroyed and still amazing out there.

the link there is to a folder of photos taken after yasi on the ribbon reefs and at osprey so u can see it still looks pretty amazing well in my eyes anyways. Thanks For sharing.
